Registration Information

Before Registering for the Global Conference, 2016, please take note of the following information: 

 

REGISTRATION:  IEASA has made a block reservation of the Skukuza Camp at the Kruger National Park for the 2016 Global Conference. Rooms will be released to the general public from the 19th of June, 2016, after which accommodation at the Camp cannot be guaranteed for conference delegates. This could affect your attendance at  the Special Events, as travel in and out of the Park after hours is restricted. You are therefore encouraged to register for this conference, and make your accommodation reservation by 19 June, 2016.

 

Early Bird Registration:      R5 000.00           Closes on 30 June

Full Registration:                R6 300.00           After 30 June

 

The Registration fee includes all teas and lunches on the conference days as well as access to the conference Special Events.

 

Non-conference delegates/visitors/partners must register for the Welcome Reception (R500.00) and Gala Bush Dinner (R1000.00). This can be done during the delegate registration process in the “OPTIONS” section.

 

SPECIAL EVENTS: The Welcome Reception (Sunday 21 August) and the Gala Bush Dinner (Tuesday 23 August) are included in the Registration Fee. Please indicate if you will attend these functions during your registration process. 

 

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation bookings should be made in conjunction with your Registration. Please read through the Accommodation Page  on our website thoroughly and familiarise yourself with the different types of accommodation, sharing options, and costs before starting your registration process.  

 

TRAVEL: Travel bookings are also included in the registration process. Please read the information on our Travel Information Page on our website and familiarise yourself with options available before embarking on the registration process.  

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: There are two payment options listed on the Registration Form: payment by Credit Card and Wire Transfer. Delegates who have their institutions covering their costs must select the Wire Transfer option, which is an EFT option. Once your registration is finalised, you will receive an invoice.  

 

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION IS ONLY OFFICIAL ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
