Who can join IEASA?

 

Any individual/higher education institution/organisation interested in the aims of the IEASA may apply for membership. For further information about IEASA membership and membership fees, please visit: IEASA Membership Information

 

How can one apply for membership?

 

Membership forms for individual and institutional/organisational membership are available for download at (membership forms) Fax or email the completed form/s to IEASA at : Fax: 086 649 1247 or Email: admin@ieasa.studysa.or

You can apply for membership by clicking on the relevant button on the 'Become a member' page and filling in your details. Once you have completed the form, you may then forward it by email to: admin@ieasa.studysa.org

 

What happens after I send in my application form?

 

On receipt of your completed form IEASA will process the application to determine whether you are eligible for membership. If yes, an invoice will be issued for payment. Should IEASA require additional information or your application be turned down you will be advised writing.

How much does IEASA membership cost?

How can I pay my membership fee?

 

Payment may be made by Internet transfer or by cheque. Payment information is on invoice/s issued.

 

How long does my IEASA membership last?

         

Membership shall continue, with annual invoicing, until you resign/cancel your membership in writing, are suspended, or forfeit your membership.  

 

Can I cancel my IEASA membership?

 

Your membership may be cancelled, in writing, to admin@ieasa.study.org.                         

Membership fees are annual payment with no refunds.

 

Can I transfer my IEASA membership to someone else?

 

Membership is not transferable.

 

Is IEASA an accreditation body?

 

IEASA does not operate as an accreditation, recognition, or validation body for organisations with commercial or educational interests in the  higher education systems in South Africa  or beyond. No claims may be made by other organisations which imply that the IEASA has accredited, recognised, validated or in any other way reviewed their services. Does IEASA provide scholarships or funding for students?

 

IEASA does not award scholarships or other funding. IEASA does, however, when scholarship/funding opportunities are available, make such information available on the website.
